On 4th of July the Post will be having a celebration, lunch for non-Post/Auxiliary members is $10.00:
10:00 am is cake walk and raffle
11:00 am is a short program
11:30 am hamburgers and hot dogs will be available
Come out and enjoy the fun, food and comradery.
On 18 July 2025(Friday) the Post will be having a movie night. The movie will be a secret, but it will not disappoint and might learn something that was not taught in school or placed in books. (PG).
Movie starts at 7:00pm or 1900 local. Popcorn, finger foods will be served.
Guitars 4 Vets
Over the past twelve years, our organization has refined a guitar instruction program aimed at providing Veterans struggling with physical injuries, PTSD, and other emotional distress a unique therapeutic alternative. G4V pursues its mission to share the healing power of music by providing free guitar instruction, a new acoustic guitar and a guitar accessory kit in a structured program run by volunteers, primarily through the Department of Veterans Affairs facilities and community-based medical centers.Here is the information for the local Chapter here in Shreveport:
